Conference Space

If you’re looking for a more tranquil location for your meeting, banquet, event or party, Cocopah Resort & Conference Center is the perfect place. Nestled in Arizona’s radiant Sonoran desert, our resort’s 4,000 square feet of conference space can be adjusted into 3 to 5 versatile rooms based on your needs. To seat your guests, we offer 72 inch round tables and 6 ft. x 2 ft. banquet tables.

Our staff can provide full service catering with a customized menu for any event. With prior authorization, you may also bring in a licensed outside caterer. Cocopah Resort can provide full bar service, however, Arizona liquor laws prohibit outside alcohol from entering the premises.


Conference space is available as follows:

Cottonwood Room –Over 3,000 sq. ft. with removable walls that can be assembled to make 3 independent meeting rooms. Seats up to 200 people. (62 ft. x 51 ft.)

Half Cottonwood Room –Seats up to 120 people. (32 ft. x 51 ft.).

Mesquite Room –Seats up to 40 people. Great for a small break-out room. Has sunken wood counters with a granite counter top in the back of the room. (28 ft. x 25 ft.).

Willow Room –Seats up to 40 people. Another small break-out room with sunken wood counters and granite counter top in the back of the room. (28 ft. x 25 ft.).

Shell Space –Perfect for a business meeting or classroom set up. Seats up to 75 people. This room is accessible from inside the conference center, or from an outside entrance for groups who wish to enter the room directly. (30 ft. x 50 ft.).

Executive Boardroom –An executive meeting room for up to 10 people. Features a large flat panel TV, white board, and wood cabinets with granite countertops. This room has a pool view through a glass wall.
