Summary

Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Slot Manager Assistant, the Slot Technician maintains efficient operations of all Casino slot and video machines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Walks the Casino floor to spot machine malfunctions.
- Diagnoses slot equipment and ticket redemption kiosk malfunctions to determine necessary service repairs.
- Repair and maintain slot machines and ticket redemption kiosk; fixes bill, ticket, printer, and hopper jams.
- Verify tampering incidents.
- Participate in clean up duties.
- Participate in slot drops.
- Participate in installation, movement, and removal of slot related equipment.
- Maintain proper gaming logs/reports of all machine malfunctions and repairs during shift in order to comply with state and or internal regulations.
- Maintains repair shop and related storage areas in a clean and safe manner.

- Perform machine verification, audits and tests as needed, maintaining proper documentation of all verifications, audits, test and maintenance.

- Interpret slot accounting/slot communication system issues as related to proper machine functionality/compliance.
- Review slot player tracking system data to determine whether slot machines or master meters need to be repaired.
- Observe players for use of illegal gaming devices and counterfeit coins.
- Act as host and answer patrons concerns questions related to slot machines, redemption kiosk and casino promotions.
- Must understand and comply with departmental internal control regulations.
- The Casino is 24hrs 7 days a week operation, may be required to work any or all shifts.
- Ensure interaction with guests is friendly, cooperative and professional.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Operate hand tools, soldering equipment, electrical test equipment, and other equipment as needed.
- Ability to operate a handheld radio.
- Ability in operating business computers and office equipment, including in a Windows environment.

- Comply with CDC Covid-19 regulations as directed.

- Maintain adequate amounts of all denominations of coins, tokens, and currency to meet Casino needs.
- Separate and eliminate (via bank deposit) old, worn out, torn, or defaced bills.

- Sort daily documents (including checks, jackpots, etc.) and prepare tape totals for each category.

Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Head Start Director. This individual is responsible for participating in the planning and coordinating of activities which will provide support to families in all components of Head Start. The Family Development Specialist will assist with family goal setting, determining family strategies to achieve identified goals, problem solving, and establishing time lines for families to achieve goals. In addition, the Family Development Specialist will track health records including but not limited to immunizations, physicals, and dental exams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with the appropriate component coordinators to recruit children for the Head Start Program, including Children with disabilities. This will include participation in LEA/Child Find efforts.
- Will also distribute and post Head Start recruitment and enrollment information.
- Involved with Head Start intake, the verification of eligibility documents and completing children's registration paperwork, including the recording of accurate health and developmental information. Will assist parents in completing the Family Needs Assessment.
- Works with the Health/Nutrition Coordinator to inform parents about health resources. Works with families requiring health screening services for their children and insures that all records, including information concerning identified special education needs are provided to the appropriate component coordinators and filed in children's records.
- Serves as an immediate resource for parents requiring information on services provided through Head Start components and insures families receive appropriate information in a timely manner. This will include but is not limited to: assisting families with referrals and appointments, transportation, emergency assistance, crisis intervention and short-term support until parents can be linked to an appropriate agency.
- Responsible for putting together Family Engagement Night and/or events.
- Monitors children's attendance and contact families whose children are absent from the center in accordance with the Head Start attendance policy, and maintain a written record of this activity.
- Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of family and children's files in accordance with the Head Start Policy on Confidentiality. Also maintains an accurate and comprehensive child/family filing system containing data that can be entered into the program's computer system.
- Works with Head Start Director to provide staff and parent training based upon identified training needs and works with teaching staff to encourage parent involvement in the classroom/center.
- Identify family goals and objectives, including the periodic review and revision of the individual family needs assistance and service plan.
- Other duties as assigned by director.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with Head Start administrative staff, supervisors, co-workers, parents and community members who reflect various life styles, cultural/ethnic differences, socioeconomic backgrounds and a variety of educational levels.

- Ability to interpret policies, regulations and eligibility criteria of social and health services agencies for Head Start families and insure families understand the information they are receiving.

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and preserve all aspects of the Cocopah Culture.
- Provide the Tribal community with project updates and issues related to the Chromium VI clean-up.
- Effectively communicate as required with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) officials, Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) officials, technical consultants, attorneys, Tribal Coalition, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and all of public and government officials.
- Establish and maintain effective work relationships, including, but not limited to the following: archaeologist, federal and state agencies, legislative officials, community officials and the public.
- Plan and coordinate the logistics for all meetings, conferences and seminars between the Tribe and other parties: including making travel arrangements, preparing agenda, taking detailed/accurate minutes and providing comprehensive reports, meeting notes and action item listings and deadlines.
- Review extensive and comprehensive work plans, reports; environmental and cultural as well as legal documentation.
- Work in coordination with Tribal technical consultant and other project team members to provide the necessary oral and written responses on behalf of the Tribe.
- Attend and document all Consultative & Tribal Work Group meetings.
- Provide administrative support including time reporting and accountability, follow-up on correspondence, process invoices and maintain official written project documentation and records.

Summary
To assist the General Manager in the operation of the arcade with assigned responsibility and functions. Keep redemption supplies stocked at all times. Make sure that all games are clean at all times. Provide arcade customers with prompt, friendly, efficient and courteous service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise all operations of the arcade when scheduled to do so.
- Assist in all sales and ordering of merchandise for the redemption counter, to include inventory.
- Direct, supervise staff performance.
- Assist customers in arcade and laser tag.
- Redeem tickets for merchandise.
- Manage the sales counter and take monies as necessary.
- Assist customers with laser tag equipment and explain the rules.
- Restock the redemption counter when needed during slower periods.
- Make sure all arcade games are clean and working. Report to the Mechanic if there is a problem.
- Fill tickets in machines and blow out ticket dispensers as needed.
- Control Arcade at all times, informing the Manager on duty if a problem arises.
- Monitor all customers in laser tag arena.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must have a friendly personality and able to converse with all customers.
- Must be able to handle multiple customers at one time.
- Must be willing to learn troubleshoot and fix laser tag vests

- Thorough knowledge of hand tools and small power tools.
