When will you re-open?
We are re-opening the casino on June 1st at 9AM.
What changes can I expect when I visit the casino?
For your safety, we are taking social distancing guidelines seriously and will have every other machine turned off.
Will there be an occupancy limit when you re-open the casino?
Yes. We are committed to practicing social distancing guidelines and will be limiting the number of guests that will be allowed into the casino.
Will I be able to play Bingo?
Yes! When we re-open the Bingo Hall with limited availability for you to play. We will be adhering to social distancing guidelines for your safety.
What other restrictions will you have at the casino?
When we re-open on June 1st, the Artisan Restaurant, Sunset Lounge and Table Games will not be open. We hope to bring these all back safely and soon.
Will you be honoring Free Play Offers?
Yes! We are still committed to providing you with the best rewards program in town. If you qualified for an offer, when the casino reopens, you will have new valid free play offers and the closure period will not impact the criteria for that offer. If you are a current Reward’s Club member please visit www.mycocopahrewards.com to view your current offers, promotions and receive up-to-the-minute information on your account.
Will my tier status be affected by the shutdown?
We would never penalize our guests for their inability to play during the shutdown. Plus & Preferred Members will maintain their level through 2021. We will also be making adjustments to our program so that our guests have the opportunity to upgrade their tier level.
